Our Return Policy
We offer 28 day returns on all products, assuming they're in the same condition they were sent to you: unworn, unwashed, no odours or marks, original tags attached and it the original packaging.


Returns Process
1. Email us with your order number to eshop@sandandcamels.com and we’ll be happy to help fast and easy.

2. After you’ve emailed us, please repackage to prevent transit damage. we’ll ask you to ship the item/s back to our warehouse (Exact instructions and the warehouse address will be sent in a dedicated email).

3. Once we receive your return, issue a refund for the returned products the full sum, If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.

 

Couple Important Points:
1. If the products did not meet the requirements, we’ll ask you to pay for additional shipping cost in order to get the declined products back.

2. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for customs or import taxes, tariffs, or any additional fees by your local government. 

3. Shipping and customs fees will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to unpaid VAT or duties.
